Delivery

1. General information

All orders are shipped from Lithuania. Items are in stock and prepared for shipment upon receipt of payment.

Orders are processed on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

We use courier and parcel locker services for delivery: Venipak, LP Express, and Omniva.

Delivery time: 1–2 business days
Delivery cost: €5
Shipments are delivered to parcel lockers or by courier to your home, depending on the customer's choice

Large shipments (e.g., TVs, projector screens) are delivered by courier to your home only.

We ship to countries such as the United Kingdom and the United States.

Import duties, taxes, or other additional charges are not included in the item or delivery price. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Upon receipt of the shipment, it is necessary to check its condition in the presence of the courier or when collecting from a parcel locker.

If the packaging is damaged, it must be noted at the time of delivery or the shipment should be refused.
If damages are not noted at the time of delivery, subsequent claims for transport-related damage may not be accepted.

During major holiday periods (e.g., Christmas, Easter) or due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take longer than usual.
